I was going to try the home thing, but I don't want to hurt myself through poor form, hence why I'm wondering if shitlords would see that and correct me.

To get started you don't need much. Pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, planks, and squats. Don't force shit, you can go slow and get one hell of a workout. I'm no expert and you can find many at v/fitness.
