Thanks, I didn't even think of v/fitness, the whey and creatine are good advice, the rest is already my staple diet as such. The gym seems a little exclusive, are fellow shitlords helpful when someone really is trying and taking it seriously?

At the gym, usually. I'm not much of a public person so I have my own weight set and pull-up bar. However it's much much easier to stay motivated at the gym.

I was going to try the home thing, but I don't want to hurt myself through poor form, hence why I'm wondering if shitlords would see that and correct me.
