I've been looking for a replacement for the RTA Analyzer app. This app fills its place nicely (& provides more detail!). One more proprietary app down.

I use it for "ringing out" a sound system; turning up the volume with only ambient noise until it begins to feedback & then adjust down the particular frequency that is feeding back then repeating until multiple frequencies are ringing. It allows you to amplify a lot more & usually provides a cleaner sound. The app lets me see which frequency is feeding back. It can be done by ear, but I am much slower that way.

I do wish I could adjust the theme of the app. It is very hard to read the header bar on my screen (grey text on white bar). Also, being able to choose the default mode would be nice (it currently defaults to the Oscilloscope view).

F-droid should focus on building an OS. I'm not touching android. Why add value to the brand?

Frankly, an OS is a far bigger project than a simple app repo. I agree that we need something completely Google-free, but I am currently fairly content with my GApps-free CyanogenMod phone. F-Droid makes it possible for me to not use GApps at all.
