Squats? Fuck yes.

Seated leg presses? Put 5 45's on each side, bitch.

Calf raises? I want to feel like they are burning their way out through my skin.

Stretch, relax, drink some BCAA's and some whey and recover.

FUCK YEAH! I love leg day too! Nothing else is close to that exhaustion that happens from completely frying your legs.
