It's easier to give up and just pretend you're exercising and eating right than it is to actually do it. People are lazy liars. It's not even difficult to spot the liars either. They'll be the ones who are obviously way out of shape and telling you they're doing something which is clearly not true. People suck. And I hate that it's not socially acceptable to call people out on their BS, but it's okay for them to negatively label you because you take responsibility for the condition of your body.

So fucking true! It's mind-boggling how people can talk so much bullshit, yet the people that actually do are looked at like they are the weird ones.
It makes me wonder what hilariously obvious lies I could tell people about my fitness ability and be believed...
