It's easier to give up and just pretend you're exercising and eating right than it is to actually do it. People are lazy liars. It's not even difficult to spot the liars either. They'll be the ones who are obviously way out of shape and telling you they're doing something which is clearly not true. People suck. And I hate that it's not socially acceptable to call people out on their BS, but it's okay for them to negatively label you because you take responsibility for the condition of your body.
The IPF has been notified that Mr. Ed Coan will be giving a series of Powerlifting Seminars in Sweden. As everyone knows, the Mr. Coan is a lifetime suspended athlete.
It is not permissible for any IPF lifter, coach, referee or official to participate in one these training seminars, as it contravenes the IPF Anti-doping Rules.
Thank you for your attention this matter.
This would be like a Cycling Organization banning people that have been at a Lance Armstrong seminar.
Comment to Article 2.10: Athletes and other Persons must not work with coaches, trainers, physicians or other athlete Support Personnel who are Ineligible on account of an anti - doping rule violation
Those seminars are usually one day with 20 people, that is hardly getting coached by Coan. Which is why it's stupid.

So fucking true! It's mind-boggling how people can talk so much bullshit, yet the people that actually do are looked at like they are the weird ones.
It makes me wonder what hilariously obvious lies I could tell people about my fitness ability and be believed...
BRB, going to go run 2000 miles while carrying a car :)

Forgive me, but I was confused and I had to look up Wilks.

I'm still unclear about what is making you upset. I'm curious. What is it?

I love leg day. Fuck anyone else who says otherwise.
Squats? Fuck yes.
Seated leg presses? Put 5 45's on each side, bitch.
Calf raises? I want to feel like they are burning their way out through my skin.
Stretch, relax, drink some BCAA's and some whey and recover.
I love you, leg day.

FUCK YEAH! I love leg day too! Nothing else is close to that exhaustion that happens from completely frying your legs.
