It makes you seem like a kike because you just commented on this post, because how did you find it? Were you really on page 5 of new ? It doesn't make sense. There's no way to find this 7 hour old post.

If you check the craigslist link they want a fortune for used air dynes. I've seen the Exerciser I have priced as high as 400, there's one guy currently asking 60 another 250.

I'm a huge fan of the exercise bike. This is a proud machine for a Chicagoland kid to have. The 1978 Schwinn Exerciser https://bikehistory.org/bikes/exerciser/#1978-exerciser .

Everything about mine is jimmyrigged. Extra padding on the seat created with a duct taped old pillow, plastic bag, t-shirt cover, and there's even a belt if you look closely, fastened taut to a table (out of view) so my legs don't touch any part of that jimmyrig.

There's duct tape to coverup places where sweat has led to rust.

There's duct taped socks on the handles to assist extra squeezing and pressing (while on it I drape a towel over the handlebars).

I've got a hamper situated on a bin as a place to put my water.

I watch boxing during. I've seen many, many fights, but lately I turn to Pacquiao-Morales 1 as my go-to fight. It's a heyday HBO pay-per-view and reliable for my purposes. The best surprise is no surprise sometimes. There's all sorts of irritations other fights can throw in (only 10 rounds, clock disappears, breaks are edited out, etc.) I work hard as I can during the round, then rest with the boxers on the break. The link at current time should give you just enough time to press play, get on the bike, and be ready for the bell. https://youtu.be/SbOMFS-Wfn0?t=1181

One other great link to have if you want to do 3 on; 1 off HIIT is this one De La Hoya vs. Quartey: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysH692gxd3s

All told $40. I'm proud of it because it's a fine piece of machinery that cost me almost nothing and it well befits a Chicagoland kid who wants to stay in shape.

I can't tell you how hard I can work on the thing. It's beyond belief. I'm very in favor of exercise bikes. It's one of my favorite things to do. I have ankle weights I use sometimes. Little known fact, there's just about one video about exercise biking with ankle weights: but the principle of moving weights remains: it does work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NqEzimXgN9g

Shit I guess that brings the total to $45, because I paid five for the ankle weights at a Goodwill.

Here's one of my other favorite links to check out, the exercise bike listing on craigslist. https://chicago.craigslist.org/search/sss?s=120&query=exercise%20bike

My great-grandma had that EXACT model. I wonder what ever happened to it.
