It's important to take a month off between it. But it does work. When I know I'm gonna be putting my body on display for everyone I take it 2 weeks from show time. I can normally drop 10 pounds of fat and I don't carry much fat at all.

I wish I could get an accurate body fat percentage. Then I might be able to tell you were I am. But calipers put me at 5 to 7% and the body scans put me at 5.3% or less. I know I'm not that low. But it does help shred me up before a day at the waterpark.

Yes, I know some people advocate from running it basically nonstop but I have had great success with taking breaks. I am still nowhere near where I want to be, and many argue that I shouldn't have bothered until I was 12-15%ish. Still, I plateaued after like 3 weeks, took 2-3 weeks off, and it started to fall off again.

Insulin spikes fixed my hard plateaus. Every 2 weeks have a 3500 calorie day. Nothing reminds your body to keep losing than way to much food.

12% is still really solid. For me I have to drop super low. Damm irish genes store fat in belly like it's potato famine 2015.
