I'd like to keep this discussion on the topic of the fat burning supplements, not ways to lose weight as there are millions of topics about that. Fat burning pills/powders claim to help in weight loss. Have there been any studies to support the claims? I feel like anybody can just throw a proprietary blend of whatever together and market it as whatever they want. Where does one find factual evidence that these supplements work?
Let's look at the bottom line fat burners work, if they have stimulants that promote either fat burning in the cells or through raising certain hormones, as far as citation goes Ephedrine has 98 citations and some have more (Coffeine has around 400!). I'm getting a bit annoyed by the fact that I was the only one that brought up studies and wasn't just saying "I'm not going to bring up any evidence just feels and evil big supplement industry"
Are fat burners worth your money? Maybe, maybe not, depends how much money someone has and how much that person is willing to spend for it.
Are fat burners useless? No, not really because someone that knows a bit about proper nutrition can use the effects of fat burners (Less hunger and higher artificial TDEE) to supplement their cut if they need it.

They make it easier to lose weight by lowering appetite and burning more calories

People will gain the weight back if they don't learn proper feeding habits. It's a clutch.
