Basically the title. All the other fitness subs seem to be dead and I haven't found any sort of post rules so I hope I'm not breaking sub etiquette.
I'm a woman, I sit at the computer a lot and as a consequence my legs are like jelly. I recently took up brazilian jiu jitsu, and there is a lot of emphasis on having strong legs to push weight around, whether it be maneuvering around the opponent or standing up with them while they're latched onto the waist. I can barely lift my own body plus the person who is latched on to me without planting my hands. It's kind of embarrassing x]
What are body weight exercises I can do at home to address my weak legs?
Thanks in advance :)

Squats. Start with bodyweight. You can just do them freestanding in the middle of the room. Or you can do wall squats with a rubber ball squeezed between your knees (that hits your inner quads a little more). Walking lunges are also awesome.
