Generally between 6 and 7 hours. Wish I could sleep more. As I get older I notice a clear cognitive and mood difference between sleeping less than 6 hours and more than 7 hours per night.

I have terrible insomnia ! It's definitely affecting my gym performance/ recovery and life in general. Used Ambien before but had some weird possibly dangerous side effects. Anyone have succeess with natural remedies ? I'm considering cbd oil, but have concerns about suppressing T levels. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried putting everything away and removing all screens from your bedroom? Also never get in your bed except to sleep

I don't watch tv or use cell or computer in bedroom. I only really sleep in there. I may try cbd oil n see how that works. I wanna stay away from pharmaceuticals.

aim for 7-9

testosterone is release in rem sleep. If that last few hours is disrupted I feel shit.

regular sleeping times is important

Usually 8 but just started a new job and it's been 6.5 to 7. Need to get at least 7 though with all the lifting I'm doing.
