Six or seven. My circadian rhythm is screwed up because I work 2nd shift... need to start lifting again.

It'll help you sleep better for sure

Generally between 6 and 7 hours. Wish I could sleep more. As I get older I notice a clear cognitive and mood difference between sleeping less than 6 hours and more than 7 hours per night.

8 hours of peaceful, melatonin-induced bliss.

Usually 8 but just started a new job and it's been 6.5 to 7. Need to get at least 7 though with all the lifting I'm doing.

5 hours if I'm lucky. Who the hell has time to sleep for 9 hours? Get a hobby.

How much do you exercise?

[–] IheartSwimming 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago  (edited ago)

6 hours at night, 1 after work.

8 hours of sleep on average.

Workout 4 days a week, somewhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours per day.

Not bad, how's the sleep quality?

[–] J20 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Good. No apnea/snoring (apparently), relatively consistent schedule. Used to sporadically wake up in the middle of the night a lot more, but it's gotten better in the past two years.
