Do you put your foot on the bench to talk to people and dry your nuts with the hand dryer too?

I got a small home gym which was basically just as bloody expensive to buy as being a gym member for a 4 months.

No. I havent had a gym membership for over 10 years.

I do a shit ton of calisthenics so i have some push up bars, a pull up bar (actually just a steel bar used for hanging up washing), a yoga mat and set of dumb bells at home.

when i was younger is was all about the weight i was lifting. i wanted to be the biggest and strongest in my group and i was. I also carried around maybe 34 - 38% body fat. i was fucken huge. it was a complete mess. I also had issue with my back cause of the weight i was carrying around and also lifting.

Around the birth of my eldest, it quickly became evident i didnt have time for 3 hr training sessions every day so i stopped. quickly turned to jelly and looked and felt about 10 years older then i really am. i started doing sit ups and push ups at home about 3 years ago seriously and have been developing my diet and calisthenics since.

At over 40, im now in the best shape of my life. i went from a 120kgs disgusting smelly pile of lard to about 7% body fat, 70kgs fighters physique. it took a couple of years but was worth it.

I do local gym $40 a month. I like the air better than working out at home and their equipment is higher quality.

Hell yeah, I don't have space for a home gym, it cost me 25 a month and I use it like 5 times a week. It's so worth the money

Local only, never do a chain. They over charge and will constantly call you for training. They also charge bullshit fees

Home gym master race here. You can get squat rack for a fairly good price. I have something like this, but mine has pegs where you put plates on it to keep it in place. You can obviously use the same bar you use for your bench.

No, have a simple home workout set up, a shitty bench press rack I got at a garage sale and a shitty open rack that I probably shouldn't squat off of but I am. Home Gym is the way to go, in the long run you save money and time.

I can't have a home gym right now or else I would but I have a gym membership at a well equipped local gym that doesn't get too crowded. Was $300 or so for a year. Excellent bargain, I think.
