Big biceps are all you need for fitness, so doing them 7 (possibly 8) times a week would be most beneficial for you!

To take advantage of the eight day week, train biceps every day. Like this: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun. Eight days, one solid week.
