The important thing is to not train anything else. You can definitely train biceps every day as long as you don't waste gains on useless stuff like legs.

Well, they don't say "the bicep is the leg of the arm" for nothing ... if you're training biceps you're actually training legs. So it's just way more efficient to focus on biceps and not waste time on extra leg training.
