I would not recommend training only your biceps, it will lead to muscle imbalances particularly within your arms. If you train a group of muscles be sure to train their counterparts as well (upper back and chest, triceps and biceps, quadriceps and hamstrings, lower back and abdomen). Another pointer is to let muscles rest after a work out. If you just trained your biceps one day, don't train them the next give them 48 hours (at least) to recover so they can be healthy and recharged for the next session.
Have patience, a healthy body isn't going to be built in one session.
