Archived how often can i train biceps (fitness)

hi looking for a new routine want to train biceps as much as possible. don't really care about anything else. any tips? i was thinking 6-7 times a week but am worried they (my biceps, when they're big enough i'll name and gender them) will get TOO big

To take advantage of the eight day week, train biceps every day. Like this: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun. Eight days, one solid week.
