6-7 times a week is good for a beginner but you sir sound like an expert. I would recommend doing 2 a days with all biceps mon-sun. This will give you optimal gain until your arms engulf your body and you turn into walking biceps. The dream is real and alive!
The important thing is to not train anything else. You can definitely train biceps every day as long as you don't waste gains on useless stuff like legs.

Well, they don't say "the bicep is the leg of the arm" for nothing ... if you're training biceps you're actually training legs. So it's just way more efficient to focus on biceps and not waste time on extra leg training.
Just remember triceps are 3/5 of your arm. Biceps are 2/5. Hence Bi (2) and Tri (3).. If you don't train triceps, you're going to be wasting a lot of time if you don't train the counter muscle. Also, it's kind of dumb to me to want to be a walking bicep.. To each his own.
First thing's first, there is a science to it, bro. I found a good starter routine but added some boss variations once I realized how small I was thinking. Remember to take your pre-workout and that failure is not an option, it's a requirement.

Big biceps are all you need for fitness, so doing them 7 (possibly 8) times a week would be most beneficial for you!

To take advantage of the eight day week, train biceps every day. Like this: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun. Eight days, one solid week.

Hi Steve. Maybe I missed it because people are actually dumb and I assume the worst.

For optimum gains, make sure you train biceps by doing curls in the squat rack.

Don't be afraid to use the squat rack either. For curls of course.

I'd say every other day would be good for growth, but that's just how my body works. It really depends on diet and technique
