I think that the bridge is the most neglected exercises. Given how much time we spend sitting we really should be doing this more often.
Types of bridges
Last night I managed about 2 sets of 15 Full bridges. Sot thats step 6 on that image. I think my fallibility is limiting me. I once spent 30mins at this and got to 100. All be it a poorly done. I want to do 100 perfect full bridges in 8mins.
based on this image I should beadle to do 1 set of 3 reps of walking down the wall with my hands. Don't skip stages you will hurt your self. If you cant do 3 sets of 50 short bridges ( Step 1 ) don't attempt step 2 and so on.
I also managed to find a place to do Nordic curls. So for the first time doing these. I managed about 2 sets of 30. Granted they were not full Nordic curls. This could be my new favorite exerciser.
Every 3-4 days I want to report back here with my bridge progress.
