People are mad this is true. This also tested university students. For most adults, it will do little. That's just a fact. Test drops with age. You can try to hold on, but even being healthy won't keep it topped off. It will just be better than if you didn't work out. If your test is under 300ng/dl you need to talk to a doctor. A quick blood test will tell you where you're at. I'm luck enough to be in my 30's and at 500ish. Free was like 20 or something. Though ideally I would like to be closer to 900/25. But mid to high 500s is good. The test cost me like $100 but it was a full panel of other stuff. Get it checked men. Test replacement is also AMAZING for depression. It's not a cure all, but it has been known to help in all age ranges and quite a lot.

Step One: if you are really concerned about your testosterone level, go to your doctor and request a test.

Step Two: learn that your testosterone level is just fine.

Now go to the gym and lift weights anyway and quit with the testosterone bullshit before you do more damage to your body than good because you listened to some asshole who starts a sentence with "Do you want 40% higher testosterone...?".

Define "low". Low for what? The average man living a sedentary lifestyle in a civilized society doesn't really need to be overflowing with testosterone. There are downsides to it as well.
