"Wellness trackers" are generally not worth it, unless you just want it for the novelty. On the other hand, if you are already very active and want some way to monitor heart rate, distance(GPS), and other "useful" metrics, then invest in a Garmin watch. I use to sell these things, and I can tell you Fitbit was one of the most returned items ever. Garmin, on the other hand, was more successful, especially among those who are already active.
