Hello,
I tried to search for appropriate subverse but apparently it doesn't work at the moment so I post it here:
I started month ago Beast Body workout program and I quite like it. My measures: 185cm/6,1 feet; at the start of the program 81kg/179lbs pounds;after one month 84kg/185lbs. There are 5 weeks left of bulking phase, my goal is to reach at that point ~88kg/195lbs before starting my cut.
This time however I changed my food plan accordingly (i'm not fan of supplements, so I try eat all natural). I didn't do it before so please look at it and tell me if it's all right/needs change.
This look more or less like this:
Breakfast:
- 240g Sardines/Tuna;3 slices of dark bread;Apple
Pre-Workout:
Post-workout
- 1 Banana
- 350ml of Orange Juice
Lunch
- Vegetable soup
- 200g White Rice, Chicken Breast with cheese,Vegetables(lots)
Post Lunch:
- Bowl of Oatmeal + 150ml of Milk (2% fat)
- 1 Banana
Dinner:
- 150g Brown Rice with vegetables
- 400g White Yoghurt
Before Sleep:
- 300g Cottage Cheese (Curd, 0% fat) + spoon of jam
It should be, if my computations are correct ~3000 Calories. Are the goals realistic? Should I eat more/less?
Thanks for replies!

Use myfitnesspal.com and log all your food. I've never heard of this program, but presumably it's lifting. You'll want to get roughly 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass per day. Distribute carbs and fats as you like, but get a decent amount of both.
Do you know your TDEE? Are you gaining on 3,000 calories? To find that out, weigh yourself every day for a week on a consistent diet and take a moving average. That should give you a sense of how fast you're gaining. At your height/weight, 3k calories is likely in a modest surplus.
