Looks fine enough but I don't know if you can eat like this every day though so in my opinion you should track calories throughout the day there are a few calorie counting websites like MyFitnesspal and Acaloriecounter. That way you can eat different things and how close you are to the calorie goal.

Thanks, will look at them.

Sometimes I change the breakfast/lunch but not very much - rice for potatoes, tuna for egg omelette etc. But I really like this diet, sometimes I feel really full at the end of the day.

Well doing several meals a day is an easy way to eat more and not feel full all the time. My only concern is that you would be eating a lot of tuna/sardines and that could be problematic because of mercury poisoning. You could precook some chicken for chicken sandwiches for breakfast or add eggs to the breakfast mix.

Use this calculator to find out how much mercury per kilogram you have and adjustaccordingly. If you are just above the recommended healthy amount then all is fine but if you eat equal parts tuna and sardines you probably should cut back on the fish.
