Hey yall first time poster in fitness but long time advocate for personal health and growth. I recently weighed myself today 208ish lbs at 6'0. Went down from a 215 lbs maybe 2-email weeks ago. (Woo!)
However, I'm hitting that hunger wall where 3 scoops of whey protein after a workout is good and all, but I get hungry after about 4 hours afterwards.
My question is what do you all eat and how much do you eat to cut weight? I really want to be 200lbs or at the best 185lbs by the end of the summer! Thanks again!

Thank you so much for your very well thought out advice! If you drink your whey shake before your workout, do you just cook a meal after? Also do you use any preworkout supplements?

How many kcals is that, total? It doesn't really seem like much...
