Hey yall first time poster in fitness but long time advocate for personal health and growth. I recently weighed myself today 208ish lbs at 6'0. Went down from a 215 lbs maybe 2-email weeks ago. (Woo!)
However, I'm hitting that hunger wall where 3 scoops of whey protein after a workout is good and all, but I get hungry after about 4 hours afterwards.
My question is what do you all eat and how much do you eat to cut weight? I really want to be 200lbs or at the best 185lbs by the end of the summer! Thanks again!

Ahhh okay. Thanks fellas so far I've been doing what you've all said, maybe I'm just impatient in seeing results. Thanks guys keep up the good work and stay fit!
