Hey yall first time poster in fitness but long time advocate for personal health and growth. I recently weighed myself today 208ish lbs at 6'0. Went down from a 215 lbs maybe 2-email weeks ago. (Woo!)
However, I'm hitting that hunger wall where 3 scoops of whey protein after a workout is good and all, but I get hungry after about 4 hours afterwards.
My question is what do you all eat and how much do you eat to cut weight? I really want to be 200lbs or at the best 185lbs by the end of the summer! Thanks again!

Cottage cheese burns slow and is a good slow burn snack, as are peanuts, n sunflower seeds. Do a lot of chicken breasts. I cook 5lbs at a time, and shred and spice in various ways. Keep black beans and mixed asian vegetables in the computerized crockpot. I sometimes do ephedrine when I'm doing too much sedentary work, to kill appetite. No more beers or ciders. If I drink calories, it's spirits.
