Here's a reddit link It bassically just sprints for a few minutes every morning. Probably destroying its knees and barely burning any calories in the process.

Ah. So he doesn't realize that weight loss is entirely due to eating a calorie deficit and thus mostly a matter of diet--which means YOU DON'T HAVE TO EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT, JUST PUT THE FUCKING FORK DOWN. The lack of dietary changes would explain why he's still not a healthy BMI months later.

The problem with the mentality of /r/loseit, M600PL, etc. is that they think going from ham-who-can't-wipe-their-own-ass to ham-who-can-wipe-their-own-ass is success. They are essentially BodyPositive with a bit of weight loss thrown in. They post pics of a fat "After" like it's something to brag about. "I only snort 3 lines of coke a day!"
