Since the Texas Board of Regents decided that professors are now responsible for teaching shit to college aged adults such as personal responsibility and social responsibility (Really?? If you haven't learned it is not socially responsible to go down to the local Walmart and shoot as many people as you can because you can't get laid, then how in fuck am I supposed to teach you??), we are forced to do the dreaded group project. After the project is turned in, I send out a peer group critique form that everyone in the group must fill out and return (or get points docked from his or her grade). It's anonymous, so obviously all students in the group must 'grade' themselves. If one student gets consistently low marks from his or her peers, I take points off of the slacker's paper-- NOT the group paper. I can't tell you how many fat fucks get points deducted for being fat fucks. Group projects suck. I can't really can't think of any other way to make it fair to those who give a fuck about their grades. Fuck common core.

I've actually had pretty decent experiences with group projects. Most of the people I worked with were either human sized or only a little chubby. I even had two very busy student athletes in one group, and they would very rarely have to miss group meetings (and, surprise surprise, would always make up for the time they missed on their own).

I had one really fat person in a group who did nothing. The rest of us ended up speaking with the professor halfway through the semester and got him kicked out of the group.

I feel really bad for people forced to work with lazy fatties. But at least we get great FPH stories from it.
