Is there any way you could ask the professor to move your seat somewhere else? If not, tell the tubster to fuck off or pay you for your time ($30+/hour) tutoring him.
It's like they say when it comes to freelance: never do work for free.

What the fuck? That example of hydrogen is literally 8th grade chemistry. What the fuck...

If you think he's looking at your work(especially if it happens during quizzes), you should probably go to the professor and voice your concerns. Most colleges have some form of academic honesty thing, so bringing it up before something occurs may help solve a lot of problems.

Do this. Maybe make an outcry about his BO first. Don't hold back on the shaming; I'm thinking something like: "Dude, this is the third week straight! Do you ever shower?" Do it loud. Do it proud.

This perfect. I'm actually a tutor at my school and charge very little for friends. If anyone I don't like asks me for help I'll tell them I can't give my work away for free but I'd be happy to take them in as a student, for an exorbitant price. No one ever takes the offer :)
