Thanks! I actually just started seriously working out about a month ago, doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I'm almost done the dvd and I'm really starting to see muscle definition now, especially in my quads. Shit actually works if you stick with it.

I wasn't going to mention it, but yes those are definitely quads. I wish I could find more men's clothes that fit as well as yours do. On my properly-fitting shirts, the arms are getting too small. Not to brag, but yes exercising works.

I buy all of my clothes at thrift stores. I haven't bought brand new clothes in years!
