I like to lurk on this message board and the amount of delusional women that post is insane.

lololol it's MUA, what'd you expect? The MU board especially is a "don't ever give constructive criticism" hugbox. Some of those posters are legit mentally stunted, I think.

God yes! All the fats that think they can do makeup. I have some saved photos from a particularly bad one that I laugh at occasionally, maybe I'll make a slimgr album and post one day...

It's insane...if you're wishing for things that clearly aren't happening, why wish to still be fat?

This is the result of fat normalisation. If 70% of the population is overweight (and half of those are obese), that's the "new normal". Thin is now rare, and "abnormal". We've tipped that balance a long time ago and this is an Invasion of the Body Snatchers sci-fi level of weird. We are simply not human anymore.

At 5'10" and 145 I feel fat because I have very little muscle tone. I can't IMAGINE being 175. That would be fucking FAT.

What's sad is I bet half of those people are told someone was a size 10 but really they should have been wearing a 14 but they squeeze their fupas into everything. I remember when I was a size 12 at the end of HS/beginning of college and my step sister started to actually get fatter than I was. She bragged about how she was a size 12 but she was actually far larger than I was. Then I realized she always had the muffin top- a severe one - where as I was actually somewhat ashamed of myself and wore bigger jeans so I didn't look like everything I ate.
I wish I could have invited you guys to the Christmas I came home from college after losing some weight and showed you the look on her face when I tried to give her my "fat clothes" but she was too big to fit in them. ;( She cried and accused me of sewing fake tags into the jeans. As if I would take the time to do that.

The last time I was size 10 was when I was 12 years old and it was kids sizes. I'd kill myself if I ever wore a size 10 ever again.

I'm not to good at recognizing sizes. I know size 10 is probably in the fatty range- but what do my fellow shitladies wear for comparison?

I'm 5'7, my hips were 35 inches a few weeks ago and my waist was 25, and I wear a 0-6 depending on the brand/vanity sizing. H&M, which doesn't vanity size as much as others (I don't know how much they do) I'm a 6 but a 0-2 at express. I'm firmly a 0 at target. So a 10 today is huge.
And don't even get me started on dresses. That shit is all fucked up, but I'm still a 0 at places like express and a 4 at H&M.
