The author is clearly fat AND stupid. He could've lost the same weight by eating less of the same garbage and saved money.
Fucking tool.

It is a really sad attempt at an April's Fools article.

You're probably right, I must have been blind with rage. Also should've checked my calendar.
Unfortunately the fats will still use it to reinforce that way of thinking.
edit: I wish I hadn't killed his cat and sent him death threats.

Ah, fuck. Yeah it is. Either way, fats will still curl up in there hug box with this shit.

Almost everything in that article is fale, and you sure as hell don't need under armor or any other specialized clothing to hit the gym. Basketball shorts and a tank work fine

No you don't. Use personal responsibility.
No it isn't. No strawberries are not 5 dollars each.
Yes you can.
Again, no it isn't. My chicken stir fry lunch from the little Korean restaurant cost $9, and I ate half of it.
TL;DR- fats are retarded

You forgot an important one...
Cut them bananas and oatmeal, you'll get fat.
[–] Fatkini 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
Oatmeal is one of favorite low calorie foods ever.

Meat is so insanely cheap where I live. I can get any kind of meat - beef, chicken, pork, steak, veal, elk, turkey, sausage etc for less than $1/lb. The type varies by week buy the guy who does markdowns on the meat basically can't do math. He'll put a $5 off sticker on a $5.11 pack of meat. Sometimes, he puts reductions that exceed the price of the meat so it's actually better than free. I really hope he never gets fired. Veggies on the other hand, the pickings are slim. Produce is either rotten or so hard it won't be ripe until next year. I'm always paying $3 or more per lb and it's always subpar. Carrots and head lettuce are about the only fresh veggies I can get cheap. But frozen and canned don't really vary in price so even if a ham is in my situation produce-wise, they can still just have a stir-fry or steamed veggies like I do. It's still way cheaper than buying huge bags of chips, cases of soda, frozen dinners, and checkout candy. Pure laziness plain and simple.

It doesn't cost any more to eat less. Just take whatever food you would normally eat and eat, say, HALF of it. Voilà! You'll lose weight and halve your food budget!

Comments confirm April fools
[–] sp2902iu 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
it’s an april fool’s joke you guys but the sad thing is even on April 1st, fat articles seem believable
[–] metalmau5 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
This isn't an April Fools' joke? It seems like one.

What a moron. You don't need a personal trainer or special equipment to get exercise in. You can go for a walk in normal clothes. If you're a woman you might want a good sports bra for heavier activity. But that's about it. You can eat the same things, just less of it. Fats convince themselves they need special stuff to be able to lose weight. They convince themselves thatt hey are speshul snowflakes. They are lacking a basic brain and a willingness to accept personal responsibility.
