fitbits cause disordered eating now? The flex just keeps tracks of steps you take.... WTF is wrong with these fats... they are truly mentally unstable and unhealthy and it shows outwardly.

There could be two maybe even as many as three sufferers worldwide. Let's raise awareness of the issue in case it will ever matter to anyone.

Also a convenient issue to hide behind for people who are too lazy to exercise - but that's just a coincidence, I'm sure.

If she truly had an eating disorder, she'd know that getting a Fitbit could be a bad idea. I had anorexia coupled with overexercise for years, (at my worst I was 94 pounds at 5'8). I have fully recovered, but don't think getting a Fitbit would be a good idea because I feel like it'd be really easy to fall back into the cycle of obsessing over the calories burned/eaten. It sort of sucks, because it seems convenient, but sometimes you need to be an adult and stay away from things even though you really want them.

This bitch just wants a reason to ignore the fact that walking for three minutes at zero incline on a treadmill doesn't do jack shit for fitness. Also, fuck her for thinking that not eating for three hours then walking to the fridge and back is an eating disorder.

If these HAES people really believed in exercise/"joyful movement"/etc., whence cometh their vociferous objection to FitBits? Why is muscle only acceptable to them if it's corseted by thick layers of fat?
