For me this would be like 4-5 days, a week or 2 maybe if I go on holiday/visit family (when I replace gym with cardio) and I'm not a 'fitness blogger'.
For her it's probably several months, or her entire life if you only count proper workouts that actually push your limits.

Is this like how hams with an unhealthy diet will claim to be "nutritionists?" Any hobo off the street can claim to be a nutritionist. Being a dietician requires an actual degree.

I can't read "Fabletics" and not see it as "Fat + Athletics", even though I know it's not that. FPH has changed me.
