Not even fired, just suspended. HAES

Should have been suspended from the end of a noose, of the side of a bridge.

Suspension is often used because the worker will have some right to a hearing or investigation before being fired. I suspect she'll resign and waddle off in the few week gap it will take for the process to be gone through.

Why only suspended?! Bitch should have been fired and never allowed to work in care facilities ever again. I would share this photo with any employer she attempted to work for.

They have time to review her while she's suspended and decide whether to fire her or shift her to another area where she's not dealing with people she should be caring about. I wouldn't want her to waste Mencap's time in an employment tribunal claiming she was unfairly dismissed. Hopefully she gets hit by a bus, firing her isn't enough.

Good, a little bit of justice.
