Do people not understand the concept of water weight? I gain and lose 3 lbs in a day depending on how much I eat. What a tard.

Of course not. They're completely retarded.
They decide to "go on a diet tomorrow" and weigh themselves. Next morning they shit out the yesterday's McDonald's dinner, weight themselves and decide to post "progress" pic.

Especially if you understand the insider (not-so) secrets of carb/water/sodium manipulation. I can increase or decrease my weight by up to 10lbs in a day or two in either direction from where I am now simply by modulating these variables. Of course it will be just be temporary since you can't actually gain/lose that much fat in such a short time, but of course hams don't understand this, which is why they fall for the bullshit "lose 20lbs in 20 days using one weird trick!" marketing.
