The diet industry is based on the absolutely retarded concept that a diet is some temporary thing, and not what you do every single day. Cause changing your life and relationship with food is hard.

Fatties have this idea in their sugar encrusted brains, that they can just be good for a few weeks (but they usually only last days), follow some diet and workout plan, lose all the weight and become skinny, and then they can go back to eating like normal. If you're thinking of diets as temporary, your results will be temporary, if you even get them. Most of the time these diets are way too restrictive to do long term. So they fail.

Sadly, that's the goal of the diet industry. They want us to think that diets are temporary, and diets fail, not people. If everyone just followed CICO, then there would be no business for these companies.

I don't blame the diet industry though, it's still the fats' fault for being so easily manipulated.

I don't blame the industry either. They are giving the gluttons exactly what they want. Some quick and easy solution to the consequences of their poor dietary choices. The diet industry also will happily accept the blame from them when they fail. They don't care since they got the money too. And then the fatties can blame something besides themselves. I didn't fail, the diet failed.
