Exactly. If anything I think it's pretty much a given that working out will destroy any small chance of weight loss that they had. These are the F students in the world of nutrition and fitness alike. Trying to pour all their energy into both at the same time is almost always going to backfire. They couldn't handle doing one of them right, they're not going to be able to suddenly jump into doing both. Especially given that the caloric deficit they're at is probably going to push their hunger that they already had trouble dealing with up to a whole new level. Working out is just going to make them even hungrier. And they've shown themselves incapable of dealing with normal hunger pangs! Even aside from the fact that putting the impact of two or more human beings jumping around on their joints is flat out stupid.
