If you are deadlifting over double body weight that's quite good - every system is approximate. I've competed for years and always been told 2x bw squat, 1.5bw bench and 2xbw deadlift is when you can quite fairly call yourself "strong" regardless of what you weigh. Your 325 beats the hell out of some hamplanet pulling 405

Are those numbers for 1RM? That does sound about right for being strong. It'll be a while before I can bench 225 though. By the time I can do that I'll probably have an extra 10 or 20 pounds anyway.
My squat is about 1.5 bw if we don't require proper form, and only require me to go below parallel. I'm working on it.

Correct - for 1rm and so log as you "break the plane" on the squat it's good. No need for total ass to grass in my opinion.
