I work in an office, which inevitably means there are plenty of small to medium fats. One girl is the biggest in the office (UK size 18 so US 14), and I am the smallest (UK 6). This, of course, means that she comments on my food, weight and clothing frequently. Normally I just shrug it off, as I really don't give a shit what she says.
This heffer claims to be in 'recovery', and has previously said "I was a UK 6 once, but I had to do terrible things like take laxatives and eat cotton wool to stay that small". Of course, this was a dig which suggested I did those things, and my colleagues who were present all looked very uncomfortable. Yet again, I just say I eat plenty and move the conversation along because I'm at fucking work and that isn't appropriate to discuss.
Today I was wearing skinny jeans, and she says "Oooh look, you have a thigh gap!". Male colleague overhears, doesn't understand and asks what a thigh gap is. I explain that it's when your thighs don't meet, and it is often due to how your hips are set. At this point the fat bitch pipes up and says "Yeah, it means you have wide hips and a loose vagina"
??????
I've never heard fatlogic like that at work before, the tightness of your vagina has nothing to do with a thigh gap! Luckily I'm friend with the guy so it was fine, he just thought she was a freak for saying something like that at work. Now I just can't decide whether to piss her off by eating loads at work then only having light snacks once I'm home, or giving up sugar (I've been quietly cutting down for a few weeks) and being sanctimonious as hell each time she's shoving more shit in her mouth.

Report that ham for sexual harassment.

The trouble is I am quite new (still on my probation period), so I don't want to rock the boat. At this stage it's still laughable, it's patently obvious to everyone why she's making those comments and it only reflects poorly on her not me.
I will however start keeping a log in case things escalate - hams have no problem doxxing people and ruining their lives for expressing an opinion, so maybe it is time they learnt that their words have consequences too.

Since you are new, take as many pains as possible to not be alone with her. This will force her to make her disgusting comments in front of other people (providing you with witnesses). Then document them all.

If she tries it again, you could just look at her, horrified and ask her loudly (preferably in front of others) why she thinks that's ok to say to anybody. If you can fake cry for effect, that would certainly add to it. Shame it.

As a female in a male dominated field, I get that "lets not rock the boat" concern a lot, but if you report the specifics "She mentioned in front of XXXXX that I must have a loose vagina." they'll be on that shit so fast it'll send you reeling. It's at the point where fearing for your position is the last thing you'll need to worry about. Thank god you have witnesses to this shit, what a dumb fat bitch.

Yep, log everything. Make those healthy choices and play it quietly. Just be a sponge for its jibes until you're through probation. Then re-evaluate. You may well find someone senior will notice, if they haven't already. Some companies do an evaluation at the end of probation where they often ask if you have any concerns. I'd raise it then unless you're pushed to do it sooner.

Came here to say this. There's no way that's acceptable in a workplace!
