It's bullshit like this that fat people say all the time that really grinds my gears. Even if the intermittent fasting lifestyle isn't something you enjoy and isn't for you, I think everyone should at least once in their lives attempt a 24-hour fast just to know the difference between what hambeasts call "starving" (aka not being full 24/7) and legitimate biological hunger. Just being able to know that difference for reference is a good mental tool to have.

Even what most in-shape people consider "hungry" is usually just psychological hunger because they're just used to eating at certain times. Actual physiological hunger is something very few people in first world countries know the feeling of.
