You watch your whore mouth.

I hate the Bruins even more though, if that makes you feel better.

What a delusional cow. Took it three months to learn how to stand further away from mirrors and how to pull its t-shirt towards the front to make the shirt look more wrinkled.
Oh my lord, it also dispenses advice.

Lol'd at "I'm not gonna lose the last 30 lbs in a month." Yea and not in 10 years at your current pace.

See on one hand I want to believe that she's actually made a lifestyle change and is actually gonna stay that way.
The realist in me knows that every time I've seen someone make a successful lifestyle change (for weight loss) they've dieted hard as shit and then reintroduced "unhealthy" foods having learned a hard lesson about moderation. This bitch is eating like she's already lost all the weight, which I suppose is better than eating like she (presumably) did before, but its also kind of rewarding herself for an uncompleted task.

Wrong way to do it IMO. The trick is to simply run a small deficit so that you lose about 1-2 pounds a week. Do that, and you can eat whatever you want, and when you're done, taper back up to maintenance level and coast. This isn't just me talking. It's pretty much the bog standard medically advised way to lose weight and keep it off.

Oh, she's on keto now. Already loading up on the cheese. I think we'll see similar progress in another 3 months.

It probably thinks it's put on 20kg of muscle in 3 months. It's invariably just sucking in.

That's always the case with these fats. They all look like Arnold underneath all that blubber.
[–] DaedricDandy 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago

Maybe her weight is the reason the Habs are tanking in the standings....

That's the director of conditioning.
