I lost 130 lbs in a year and a half spending most of the time sitting on the Internet, it is 100% diet. Exercise just lets you eat more.

Exercise also let's you develop muscles thereby burning even more fat than just eating moderately since muscle actively burns calories. A toned body is even better looking and a healthier body as well.

Yes I don't exercise regularly and find I usually get hungry whenever I do. I don't doubt many people eat more than they burned off after exercising.

Exactly, when I weighed 260lbs I would go the the gym and lift for an hour five times a week and I'd get super hungry and have a huge meal when I got home. Now when I go to the gym I usually eat some eggs and fruit beforehand and have a salad when I get back to fill me up.
