You're lucky then. I get ravenous. I smoke fairly often for my anxiety and about 30 minutes in I typically get the munchies. I deal with it by not keeping any high calorie snacks in my house (I save those for occasional trips to cafes, restaurants, etc) and luckily I love sour things so I always keep pickles, veggie salads marinated in vinegar dressing and lime-y salsa around for snacking.
