I get munchies hard, but I don't smoke often (i.e. it takes me like 6 months+ to go through an eighth). I plan ahead before smoking and either eat less earlier in the day so I have wiggle room or eat a salad/shit-ton of veggies. A pound of carrots is 130 calories or so. A medium-sized tomato with a sprinkle of salt and pepper? 20 calories of yum.

Hams get bags on bags of fast food, and shove 10,000 calories down their gullets in one sitting.

Also, I know THC is fat-soluble, but I don't know how/if that would affect the processing of it.
