It depends what they're on. Albuterol does have stimulant effects that can be abused.

Some inhalers have albuterol which is thermogenic and suppresses appetite so I could see it. Still, pathetic.

At that kind of dosage though? Even at an abusing-it-for-an-athletic-advantage dosage albuterol only gives results like having a tdee a few hundred calories higher.

I'm guessing the appetite suppression had more to do with it than the increase in BMR, assuming that fatty isn't just reaching for excuses.
