That's how it works in real life too. They keep changing doctors until they find one that only says things they want to hear.

Yeap, and nothing fucking changes for them. They return to their "safe space" and continue gaining.

Some Drs just find it easier to deal with hams by politely nodding head instead of having to deal with deluded hams raging online and leaving bad reviews. This way docs can move on helping others who want help.

I hear stories like this from colleagues all the time. Everyone groans when a fatass rolls in. Literally no one wants to dream with "these people". They are extemely hard to deal with, exactly like this story.
