Wow! I think I prob should be eating about 1900 or 2000 maybe. I'm trying to bulk and lean out. I can barely get that much down with healthy food. I end up having a cookie here or there to get carbs and calories up. How are you eating 3500? What's your food look like?

Preworkout is a peanut butter sandwich, about 600 calories total. 6 egg omelette with cheese in after workout, plus some home fried potatoes (basically just cooked in a skillet with butter and salt). That accounts for about 1500 of it and leaves me stuffed for a while. A 60g shot of whey protein later is another 500 and then dinner varies and finishes off what I need. I aim for 180-200g of protein.

It's absolutely ridiculous to eat that much but I'm gaining less than a pound a week so it's not very far above what I need. As you might guess, cutting is very easy so I err on the side of too much.
