I ate pizza and chocolates yesterday... I actually woke up leaner this morning because I was short the day before and my body needed the food and I worked legs/glutes last night. You can eat that stuff but just track it fatties and exercise if you go over or go less the next day etc. I hate their "i'll never be that way so I won't even try"

I can have pizza and beer and still lose weight. Is it my speshul genetiks and muhtabulism? Fucking no! Its moderation and watching my calorie intake.
