Um. What? I'm a size 2, and I ate like crap over the holidays. These were my meals yesterday:

Meal 1: Scoop of chocolate protein powder

Meal 2: Oatmeal w/protein powder & stevia

Meal 3: 1/2 cup Egg whites, 2oz chicken, 1/2 cup boiled spinach, salsa

Meal 4: Quest bar (Fuck me, I'm addicted.)

Meal 5: 3 oz chicken, 1/2 cup boiled spinach, 3/4 cup cooked brown rice

Meal 6: 4 oz ground turkey, 3 oz broccoli, salsa, 3/4 cup cooked brown rice, salsa, Laughing Cow cheese wedge (FYI--laughing cow+salsa heated in the microwave for about 10 seconds makes the most awesome creamy sauce)

Meal 7: 8 almonds, 6 strawberries (and air--Teehee!)

All of this is about 1550 calories. Everything was delicious. And I was not starving at all during the day.

A fatty would say you had no meals because those were all snacks. Remember, snacks don't count.

If you don't eat stupid crap it's insanely hard to get enough calories. My TDEE is ~3500 and so when I'm doing anything but cutting I feel like a stuffed turkey all damn day. That's even with all the cookies and brownies I want.

Wow! I think I prob should be eating about 1900 or 2000 maybe. I'm trying to bulk and lean out. I can barely get that much down with healthy food. I end up having a cookie here or there to get carbs and calories up. How are you eating 3500? What's your food look like?

A friend of my friend is a competitive body builder, he's fucking huge (but shredded) he said to keep his muscle he eats 12lbs(!!!!) of tuna all day.... Also he said he was so sick of it he had to blend it with protein shake just to be able to swallow it.

Sounds good. I eat around 1500 - 1700 a day, and that is really a lot of food! Fats really have no idea.
