I worked in a huge office for 2 years that held a Biggest Loser contest. Employees that wanted to enter paid $25, got weighed and at the end of 3 months the one who lost the most got the money. There was so much outrage from the fatties because the winner ended up being a skinny girl who only lost something like 3 lbs. But she'd lost the largest percentage of body weight. God, that place was grotesque. My friends never believed the stories I told them about it.

Those things go by percentages? I don't think my smallish office would ever do that, but I always assumed it was total pounds lost. That's awesome and hilarious!
